I have stayed at both the Hilton Hotel and Hyatt Regency Hotel many times and have walked past this restaurant a few times. This time I went in and was not disappointed. really good sushi, friendly service. No way could I do the all you can eat. The 12 pieces for dinner is enough (especially with the 13th piece free).
