Sushi Kyubey Restaurant Tokyo

Sushi Kyubey Restaurant located in the Keio Plaza Hotel in Nishi-Shinjuku Tokyo is owned by the same Sushi Kyubey Restaurant in Ginza which is a 2 Michelin Star Restaurant. The Keio Plaza restaurant does not have it's own Michelin Stars though it's service and quality of sushi is very much the same as the main Ginza branch. With your own master sushi chef standing right over the sushi counter serving up individual sushi pieces. Each time a sushi piece is prepared and delivered, not to your plate but just placed on the sushi counter in front of you, the sushi chef shows you a picture from a book showing you which type of fish he is presenting to you. Depending on the sushi set you have ordered you will receive a variety of sushi pieces including tuna, fatty tuna, Japanese Spanish Mackerel, squid, salmon

Getting to Sushi Kyubey Nishi-Shinjuku - 5 minutes walk from Shinjuku Train Station, take the West exit and follow he signs to the Skyscraper District. Or 5 minutes walk from the Tochomae Train Station on the Odeo Subway line. 12 minutes walk from Nishi-Shinjuku Train Station on the Maranouchi Subway Line. 4 Minutes walk from the Hyatt Regency Hotel, 5 minutes walk from the Hilton Hotel or Park Hyatt Regency Hotel.

Restaurant Reviews

The best sushi restaurant I have ever been to. It is only a small restaurant with around 12 seats sitting around the sushi bar with 2 sushi chefs serving up individual sushi pieces at a time. Extra great service.
